Cheesy Salsa Potatoes
Recipe: Cheesy Salsa Potatoes
Ingredients
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 cups Klondike Rose™ Potatoes, hash browned
1/2 cup unseasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
Instructions
Heat oven to 350º F. Grease 13×9 inch baking dish or pan. In large bowl, mix cheese, salsa, onion, sour cream, soup and pepper. Add potatoes and mix well. Spread in baking dish.
In small bowl, mix bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until cheese is melted and potatoes are tender.
